TUBE BENDING SHOP

We bend tubes and profiles with cold and hot bending machines. We manufacture pressure and non-pressure parts and units. We offer welding automatic and hand welding, machining, heat treatment, sand balsting, metallization and surface treatment.

Tube bending

  • Tube systems acc.to ČSN 13 2604, for piping acc.to ČSN 13 1020 and ČSN 13 1030
  • Tube heat surfaces for steam boilers ( acc.to former ON 07 0627 a ON 07 0629), acc.to drawing documentation and requirements of the customer
  • Authorization acc.to DIN - AD W0 / TRD 100, ISO 9001, ASME

The machine has steering and regulatory systems Allen-Bradley with monitoring no touch system of infrared temperature reading from pushed and pulled side with record on computer. For reaching more favourable tolerances of bends, i tis recommended to choose the diameter of bend min 3D. technological allowances of length of pipe ends need to be consulted.
