WITKOWITZ and basketball have one thing in common – they don’t waste time on unnecessary talk. Basketball is a fast sport. Every second counts. Speed, focus, and teamwork make the difference. The connection between the energy of sport, a family atmosphere, and the desire to be better with every game is something that unites us.
That is also why we have become a proud partner of the top Czech basketball competition, the Women’s Basketball League. Ostrava has two teams competing in the league, which makes us even happier to be part of it.
The partnership agreement was signed by the CEO of WITKOWITZ, a.s., Michaela Žvaková, together with the Chairman of the Czech Basketball Federation, Zdeněk Bříza, in the beautiful new arena in Jihlava. The very first hours of the partnership brought a powerful moment – during the game between Žabiny Brno and ÚSK Praha, a new attendance record was set.
